Lionettes dance their way into first place at competition

The Lionettes are now golden girls.


The French Settlement High School dance team took home gold, silver and bronze at the Dance Team Union regional competition in Zachary.


The Lionettes team performance won first place. Jordan Gaines, Abby Woods and Berkleigh Cormier won second place for their trio dance performance. And Katelyn Parker and Berkleigh Cormier took home third place for their duo dance performance.
